Requirements
Must:
- Must possess a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional and/or academic experience.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Willingness to work on a 12-hour Panama schedule.
- Excellent customer service capabilities.
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems.
- Strong competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to successfully complete the mandatory 90-Day Level 1 Certification.
Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor and troubleshoot multiple systems across a global enterprise network.
- Document issues in trouble tickets, provide system status updates, and log system events.
- Generate daily status reports and analyze metrics to ensure all system performance criteria are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with system and network engineers, integrators, and system developers to understand operating requirements, while maintaining regular communication with customers regarding problem reporting and resolution implementation.
