Must:
- Active SECRET clearance, eligible for Top Secret/SCI
- Bachelors degree with at least 14 years of experience; Masters degree with at least 12 years; or PhD/JD with at least 9 years
- Minimum of 14 years working in network engineering, operations, and troubleshooting for critical enterprise environments
- Proficient in configuring, maintaining, and securing routers, switches, and network infrastructure within Government/DoD settings
- Strong capability in designing, implementing, and monitoring complex large-scale network topologies
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- CompTIA Security+
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCS)
Responsibilities
- Lead the efforts to diagnose and resolve network anomalies
- Configure air-gapped Kubernetes environments and deploy zarf packages
- Conduct both on-site and remote support for ground node systems
- Manage network assets effectively
- Document resolutions and trends meticulously using approved ticketing systems
- Collaborate with Field Service Representatives, government stakeholders, and mission partners to ensure secure connectivity
