Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Systems, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Test engineering, or a scientific/technical field with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
- Proven experience in engineering analysis, including data collection, organization, and evaluation, as well as mission/operations/ground support.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and client interaction abilities.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation with experience in C++, Python, R, SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux, MATLAB, VBA, or STK preferred.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting while also demonstrating initiative for independent projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses and evaluations of systems and track the resultant metrics.
- Investigate and analyze a wide variety of complex challenges.
- Evaluate relevant current and future technologies for possible integration.
- Review enterprise verification and validation testing processes.
- Analyze and review discrepancy reports thoughtfully.
- Assess the labor, schedules, and resources needed for the integration, testing, validation, and transition of systems.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
- Be prepared for occasional non-standard work hours to meet customer needs.
- Travel may be required based on customer support needs.
