Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with fourteen (14) years of experience; Masters degree with twelve (12) years of experience; PhD or JD with nine (9) years of experience can be considered.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
- Knowledge of analytic modernization tools including Thresher, FADE, and Turbo, along with multi-INT exploitation environments.
- Strong grasp of software architectures, spacecraft ground systems, and intelligence mission management workflows.
- Experience in managing technical and schedule performance, as well as risk assessment.
- Background in secure cloud architectures, such as C2S/IC GovCloud, and Agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, collaborative settings; excellent communication skills with government, SETA, FFRDC, and contractor teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and programmatic discussions; identify challenges; and offer engineering advice to improve overhead and tactical mission capabilities while accelerating kill chain closure.
- Assist in the planning and execution of GEOINT and multi-INT integration projects, focusing on automating GEOINT Computer Vision and MTI workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate analytic modernization tools such as Thresher, FADE, Turbo, etc.
- Conduct system trade assessments, interface evaluations, and lifecycle performance analyses.
- Utilize systems analysis and operational mission modeling to establish KPIs, measures of effectiveness, and architectural trade-offs.
- Create briefings, technical documents, and modernization roadmaps for Program/Project Manager interactions.
- Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and mission partners; work with Landmark AOS engineers and domain experts to showcase and operationalize advanced processing and exploitation capabilities.
