Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in a STEM field, preferably as a second or third-year student.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Demonstrated understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI).
- Familiarity with launch vehicle systems is a plus.
- Experience with collaborative tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and MS Teams.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential.
- Prior experience in developing AI use cases for tool creation is beneficial.
- Knowledge of data management systems (e.g., Livelink).
- Proficient in desktop software, including spreadsheet, presentation, and database development tools.
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize mission-specific launch data to identify trends applicable across all missions supported by SAIC contracts.
- Collaborate with AI tool developers to create use cases based on mission data for training tools intended for both government and contractor personnel.
- Familiarize oneself with data management systems housing mission data and document processes for their maintenance.
- Analyze mission data to trace the evolution of requirements from Leading Edge Integration to Trailblazers and subsequent launch support for comprehensive life cycle analysis.
- Provide daily support to the Launch Management Division and data management teams regarding use case development inquiries.
- Clearly communicate technical information to both government and SAIC leadership.
- Assist in strategic planning while gaining insights into end-to-end launch support activities.
- Will require occasional travel, approximately 10% of the time.
