Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience or certifications may substitute for a degree. - Current TS/SCI clearance is required. - Experience in coding with Python, AWS, and GitLab. - Relevant DoD 8140 (previously DoD 8570) certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or comparable cybersecurity certification). - Demonstrated experience leading the development and integration of sophisticated cyber capabilities, including managing multidisciplinary teams and intricate projects. - Proven track record of steering technical engineering initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring deliverables align with programmatic and operational goals. - Extensive background in software development, lifecycle management, and advanced cybersecurity engineering methodologies. - Skillful in creating technical documentation, including test reports and user manuals, and delivering impactful technical presentations. - Profound knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, secure design engineering, and emerging cyber technologies. - Experience leading technical teams in complex systems engineering environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of aligning technical projects with strategic goals. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities to facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure transparent project updates.

- Spearhead the design, development, integration, and testing of innovative cyber capabilities, ensuring alignment with operational goals. - Supervise technical teams and processes to guarantee all program initiatives meet operational targets while adhering to high engineering standards. - Provide direction in system design to ensure interoperability, scalability, and adherence to changing cybersecurity regulations. - Create and manage project plans for all phases of capability lifecycles, including demonstrations, deployment, and operational support. - Coordinate and consolidate independent development efforts to achieve scheduled milestones and technical objectives. - Track progress and quality through deliverables such as test reports, user manuals, and formal technical evaluations, ensuring stakeholder requirements are fulfilled. - Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to guarantee success in both programmatic and technical goals. - Act as a subject matter expert across project teams while maintaining alignment with broader strategic objectives.
