Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing multi-cluster solutions utilizing VMWare along with tools like VSAN, Horizon, and Nvidia GRID
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Active Directory and related services, including DNS and DHCP
- Expertise in configuring various Windows versions to address complex configuration requirements using tools such as MECM and GPO
- Knowledge in configuring non-Windows operating systems to leverage MS AD authentication and services
- Familiarity with configuration management and/or IaaS solutions like Ansible or Packer
- Strong understanding of computing and networking technology for designing and troubleshooting interdisciplinary solutions
- Knowledgeable in server hardware, software, and storage technologies and options
- Capable of implementing industry best practices and relevant STIGs without compromising system functionality
- Ability to research, comprehend, and implement new technologies and solutions
- Proficient with Agile tools such as JIRA or YouTrack
- Strong management skills for time and task allocation among projects and team members
- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Certifications that comply with DOD 8570 standards for security and computing environments
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy innovative solutions that enhance and expand the capabilities for scientists and engineers within a laboratory setting across multiple security domains
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team to establish design and operational guidelines
- Communicate and define requirements for various projects
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team, maintaining focus within an Agile framework
- Research and implement new technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization
