Requirements
Must:

- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and network monitoring.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools including SolarWinds, Liquidware Stratusphere UX, NetTerrain, Nutanix AHV, Omnissa Horizon, and Excel documents.
- Support operations with expertise in Windows OS Desktop, VDI, Microsoft Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Collaborate with system administrators and technical teams to comprehend the operational needs of the NITES contract.
- Develop insightful executive-level dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) visualization tools.
- Analyze data to detect trends, discrepancies, and areas needing improvement in system performance, security, and user experience.
- Convert complex system data into understandable formats for presentations and decision-making.
- Create scripts, queries, and workflows for automating data collection and processing tasks.
