Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or a Masters degree with at least 7 years of experience
- Proven experience assessing new technologies and services for compatibility with current systems
- Demonstrated ability to research and develop new technologies, services, or methods for integration into existing systems
- Experience in incorporating new technologies and services into current systems and workflows
- Skilled in creating evaluation, integration, and testing plans for new technologies, services, and components
- Familiarity with Virtual Private Servers, Virtual Private Networks, and Virtual Private Clouds
- Working understanding of virtual environments and emulated mobile devices
- Proficient in Android Operating System, including its functionality and security settings
- Knowledge of domestic and international social media and associated security concerns
- Understanding of commercial messaging applications and their security configurations
- Capable of conducting technical analysis of networks and applications for security evaluation and operational applicability
- Experience with browser security settings and add-ins
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting related to networks, hardware, internet services, and mobile applications
- Ability to engage with clients to determine current and future user needs
- Experience in defining, analyzing, tracking, and reviewing requirements
- Desired skills include:
- Experience with commercial cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience with cloud networking concepts
- Ability to utilize Tor for obfuscating online activities
- Knowledge of internet encryption protocols
Responsibilities
- Oversee, deliver, and integrate new technical solutions and guidance to enhance online operational goals
- Assess new technologies, components, and services for relevance and applicability
- Seamlessly integrate new technologies and services into the existing baseline with minimal operational disruption
- Research, develop, manage, and document innovative methods, technology, and services for integration
- Execute quick-turn security and product evaluations for novel technologies
- Document mission solution architecture and associated interfaces
- Adhere to the Risk Management Framework to address and mitigate vulnerabilities throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives, including user requirement sessions and operational planning meetings
- Monitor work requirements and action items to ensure compliance with program deadlines
- Adapt current technical and networking solutions to meet evolving partner requirements, legislation, and policies
- Conduct functionality testing on new and existing operational systems and applications to guarantee smooth integration of new technologies
