Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (6 years in lieu of degree)
- Active Interim Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Strong troubleshooting skills for web application issues, including browser compatibility and performance
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
- Familiarity with various web browsers and their developer tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to assist and guide end-users
- Proven analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues effectively
- Capability to maintain accurate records of support incidents and resolutions
Responsibilities
- Deliver web application support to users
- Provide systems administration assistance to diverse product development teams
- Develop comprehensive systems administration plans along with effort estimates for product roadmap requirements
- Identify, diagnose, isolate, and rectify operational failures in web systems
- Contribute to Incident and Problem Management activities with expertise in web troubleshooting
