Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelors degree and 9 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Government or Commercial satellite programs
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment without supervision
Responsibilities
- Represent the Program Office at developer Agile events, prioritizing customer and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with Agile Development teams to evaluate implementation and execution
- Review developer test approaches and act as Customer Witness during integration, verification, and validation tests
- Share results and insights with the Program Office team
- Maintain awareness of the ground technical baseline, schedule, dependencies, risks, and costs
- Analyze technical and cost assessments of vendor proposals; review technical reports and design artifacts
- Support ground requirements and interface definition, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational activities
- Offer advice and mentorship to customer personnel on developer programmatic and technical execution
- Build productive relationships with development contractor counterparts, functional team members, and other subject matter experts
