Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and at least nine (9) years of experience; Masters degree and seven (7) years; or PhD/JD and four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in program and project management.
- Established background in Systems Engineering.
- Ability to oversee multi-million-dollar budgets and projects.
- Experience collaborating within the NRO.
- Skill in drafting essential acquisition documents like statements of work, CDRLs, and proposal evaluation criteria.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Self-directed with a proactive approach, requiring minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee Project Arrangements (PAs) to ensure adherence to technical development within established budgets and timelines.
- Organize, track, and coordinate development activities across multiple PAs.
- Collaborate with customers to plan and facilitate FVEY meetings with international partners.
- Manage meeting logistics and prepare agendas for discussions.
- Monitor the status of each PA to apply necessary program management practices for early identification of technical, budgetary, or scheduling risks.
- Support NRO processes including TIER, RMF, and RFC.
