Requirements
Must:
- Current/active TS Clearance with SCI and Poly eligibility
- 10+ years of experience in space-related fields
- Over 3 years of experience in the Missile Warning/Missile Track Mission Area
- Proven experience in security cooperation within the Department of Defense or relevant experience in planning, programming, budgeting, or acquisition for international partners
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for decision-makers
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work primarily at the Pentagon with occasional remote work options
Responsibilities
- Provide expert counsel to senior Space Force leadership concerning program details, acquisition strategies, contracting, and budgeting for Foreign Military Sales
- Acquire an understanding of systems that support U.S. government space missions and associated acquisitions or sustainment needs for security cooperation
- Aid in the review, vetting, and approval processes for Foreign Military Sales documents, including Letters of Request (LORs) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs)
- Develop and coordinate staff packages for signature by SAF/SQ to assign Foreign Military Sales cases to appropriate executives
- Assist in formulating and coordinating LORs for Pricing and Availability (P&As) to address foreign requests and related inquiries
- Provide support to customers, leveraging Pentagon staff expertise and knowledge
- Accurately recommend priority tasks, implement process enhancements, and lead assigned government tasks
- Comprehend Foreign Military Sales timelines and ensure timely responses to all requests and tasks
