Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience with 6 years additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Active Secret security clearance is mandatory
- Security+ or CISSP certification is required
- Microsoft OS certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in working autonomously with minimal oversight
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective reporting techniques
- Basic understanding of IT principles and troubleshooting
- Experience with Internet Protocol (IP) networks and Cisco equipment
- Strong configuration experience with Windows 10/11 OS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
- Willingness to travel CONUS or OCONUS for event support (25% annually)
Responsibilities
- Operate NSITE software in accordance with event support needs
- Assist with NSITE software field testing and documentation
- Collaborate with site personnel for hardware integration tasks
- Maintain and verify configuration management documentation using Microsoft Visio
- Gather system engineering requirements from clients for NSITE event recording and mission viewing
