Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 9 years of relevant experience (4 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree).
- Minimum of nine (9) years of experience with a Bachelors; seven (7) years with a Masters; or four (4) years with a PhD or JD.
- Strong interpersonal, briefing, and writing abilities.
- Willingness to perform SETA tasks on-site.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Patents and Intellectual Property (IP) is preferred.
- Desired experience with Confluence and JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee Partnerships Intermediary Agreements (PIA), Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), and Educational Partnership Agreements (EPA).
- Collaborate with clients to pinpoint advantageous research and development (R&D) topics and utilize PIAs/CRADAs/EPAs for project execution.
- Gather, assess, and report on metrics regarding the R&D workflow and identify any obstacles.
- Conduct outreach with stakeholders within the customers organization to discover transition partners for successfully completed R&D initiatives; monitor technology transfers from R&D to operational users.
- Coordinate efforts with other Federal Laboratory entities, academia, industry, and government organizations.
- Convey technical concepts and information effectively in both written and verbal formats.
