Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Bachelors degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 7 years, or a Ph.D. with 4 years of experience
- Proven experience in experimental design
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in executing experiments and analyzing resulting data
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with minimal need for direction or supervision
Responsibilities
- Formulate research questions and hypotheses based on project concepts
- Design experimental methodologies and protocols to test hypotheses
- Determine appropriate statistical techniques for analysis
- Identify required hardware and software for executing experiments
- Establish and document data collection procedures
- Draft and refine the experiment plan, incorporating feedback
- Finalize the experiment design
- Evaluate contractor software and relevant documentation
- Implement the experiment plan
- Collect and organize experimental data
- Analyze collected data
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, observations, and results
- Document and present results and findings through reports and presentations to leadership
