Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field or related discipline with at least 9 years of relevant experience
- Masters degree and 7 years or more experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Strong foundational knowledge in Intelligence Community (IC) space collectors, command and control, mission control, and mission processing
- Experience utilizing architecting to support enterprise-level decision making
- Familiarity with architectural tools and practices
- Understanding of architecture from a holistic enterprise perspective
- Capability to recommend space enterprise architecture trade-offs and advancements
- Proficient in development and application of modeling for architecture solutions
- Knowledge of core systems engineering principles and processes
- Experience managing lifecycle readiness from System Requirements Review to system decommissioning
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client-focused with the ability to represent the customer in community discussions
- Experience with SIGINT systems
- Advanced degree in STEM or related field (desired)
- Familiarity with IC customers Request for Change process and Engineering Review Board process (desired)
- Experience with Cameo, Rhapsody, and SysML applications (desired)
- Previous U.S. military and/or IC customer experience (desired)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple Directorates and Offices to identify and articulate future space capability requirements
- Engage regularly with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders
- Analyze and define future space capability necessities
- Identify essential architecture and system-level trade options
- Formulate strategies in alignment with IC and Department of Defense (DoD) architectures
- Evaluate current and prospective architecture concept performance
- Provide technical and programmatic advice on architecture and system requirement processes
- Create architecture models to encapsulate a comprehensive view of the enterprise
