Enterprise Data Modeler (data governance)

- Direct the technical and architectural strategy of the enterprise data evolution roadmap, which encompasses data ingestion, storage, reporting, and access controls. - Collect, break down, and refine requirements while guiding stakeholders towards optimal practices for developing advanced, scalable data solutions, mainly using the AWS technology stack. - Collaborate closely with application teams to suggest, define, implement, and monitor new data solutions aligned with mission goals. - Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models, establish data domains, propose data governance standards, and supervise data integration and access methods. - Examine structured and semi-structured data from diverse sources and manage enterprise data models and integrated processes to create new data flows that support mission analytics. - Implement a comprehensive data governance program to ensure enterprise data utilization for mission-related value while meeting compliance and security mandates. - Employ systems analysis and design techniques to identify technical debt, architectural improvements, and efficiency trade-offs in existing and proposed cloud systems. - Prepare technical documentation and presentations, including data roadmaps, architectural designs, and acquisition strategies to assist in program planning and execution. - Foster SAFe Agile processes by collaborating with government teams, development contractors, user engagement teams, and mission stakeholders to enhance enterprise data capabilities.
