Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree with at least nine (9) years of experience; Masters degree with seven (7) years; or PhD/JD with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, with substitutions available for academic qualifications. - Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. - Over four (4) years of experience in DevSecOps and relevant tools. - Familiarity with systems development methodologies, including Agile and DevSecOps. - Proficient in Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure. - Experience with CONOPS requirements development and architecture documents. - Program lifecycle experience from inception and design through deployment and maintenance. - Capability to offer technical direction on digital engineering and model-based systems engineering concepts. - Self-motivated and capable of addressing customer needs with minimal oversight; adept at crafting solutions for broad, abstract challenges. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities and sound judgment. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Outlook, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance in DevSecOps to enhance mission systems focusing on automation, security integration, and compliance with intelligence community and federal standards. - Analyze and refine system requirements to influence system design, promoting test-driven development and secure design principles. - Define and manage CI/CD pipelines, addressing technical obstacles and ensuring development workflows are in line with security frameworks like NIST. - Develop automation strategies to bolster system performance, reliability, and maintainability within complex mission environments. - Integrate security measures throughout engineering processes, building strong collaborations with developers to ensure security is embedded from the planning stages to deployment. - Create DevSecOps maturity models to evaluate progress, expedite adoption, and guide enterprise-wide transformation strategies. - Identify engineering risks and suggest mitigation strategies, providing clear, actionable advice to government leadership. - Offer technical insight and systems engineering support to government partners, ensuring mission priorities are represented in technical execution. - Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, participating in design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional technical discussions. - Prepare and deliver clear technical briefings to senior leaders, stakeholders, and diverse audiences within the mission area.
