Must:

- Bachelors degree and 9+ years of experience; Masters degree and 7+ years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tracking budgetary funds
- At least 5 years of experience in portfolio and resource management
- Proven experience in developing use cases to enhance timely information retrieval
- Strong background in data analysis, requirements gathering, and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules using MS Project and EVM
- Experience in optimizing resource allocation and identifying key skill sets for projects
- Familiarity with developing Minimum Viable Increments (MVIs) based on gathered requirements
- Background in business and financial domains
- Experience with both development and integration projects
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Provide systems and requirements integration for IT development/engineering capabilities
- Support financial and business initiatives, including a cost recovery model
- Analyze and document data through collaboration with IT and finance Subject Matter Experts
- Assist in a security initiative focused on process analysis and roadmap development
- Integrate requirements and capabilities from various offices into a centralized system
- Design, test, and integrate new security products
- Offer technical oversight for incorporating new technology into existing environments
- Engage with clients to clarify requirements and provide IT-based solutions
- Resolve intricate IT issues efficiently while following established procedures
- Plan, test, and implement new and upgraded IT systems and components
- Identify integration opportunities to better serve customer needs
- Review existing IT programs for refinement and optimization
- Strategically design integrations for database reconciliation structures
- Maintain and acquire data from cost recovery sources and relevant databases
- Analyze data sets for trends relating to expenditure plans and business processes
- Provide insights into industry trends and evaluate new technologies
- Assess current tools to enhance change management processes
- Create, update, and improve the quality of project documents and reports
