Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree and nine (9) years or more of experience; or Masters degree and seven (7) years or more of experience. - Experience in Cyber Triage. - At least nine years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). - Experience in the development and execution of Program Protection Plans. - Proven work history with Department of War (DoW) weapons systems engineering. - Understanding of Defense Industrial Base Cyber Security policy and program protection planning. - Active TS/SCI clearance. - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

- Enhance existing strategies, policies, and guidance for DoW Priority Modernization Areas to identify gaps and provide recommendations for strengthening technological superiority. - Oversee the Technology Area Protection Plan (TAPP) development, including decomposition, emerging technology research, analysis, and prioritization for protection. - Integrate comprehensive government strategies and policies for technology identification and protection within the overall Science and Technology (S&T) protection framework. - Manage and coordinate participation of subject matter experts in assessments relevant to DoW modernization areas, such as hypersonics, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, quantum science, cyber, autonomy, and 5G. - Facilitate Integrated Product Teams and liaise with OUSW(AS) and OUSW(RE), key stakeholders from intelligence and counterintelligence communities, and other federal agencies involved in CTI protection and damage assessments. - Compile and finalize damage assessment reports for senior members of OUSW(R&E) and support urgent taskers concerning the protection of critical DoW programs and technologies. - Compile and finalize damage assessment reports for senior members of OUSD(R&E) and support urgent taskers related to critical DoD programs and technologies. - Develop and implement procedures for evaluating compromised DoW information, and review incoming mandatory cyber incident reports as required under DFARS. - Create analytical reports, conduct assessments, and oversee case closures.
