Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret or DoE Q clearance with SCI eligibility (must be eligible for SCI indoctrination within first 3 months of start date) and be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
- Bachelors degree in a computer science or cybersecurity field and 14+ years of relevant experience, or a Masters and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 9 years of relevant experience. Alternative: 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- MUST possess an IAT Level II or CSSP Analyst certification to be considered
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Risk Management Framework experience
- Familiarity with cyber tools, including eMASS, ACAS, Xacta, STIG Viewer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels with internal stakeholders, external government agencies, and third-party vendors
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the government regarding the cybersecurity team and its operations
- Provide project management and specialized expertise concerning cybersecurity initiatives
- Oversee team priorities and manage daily activities
- Support RMF processes across all phases, including system categorization, control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring
- Identify and document how new systems, interfaces, or changes affect overall security posture
- Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot solutions using a wide array of Cyber industry tools
- Offer insights and recommendations on cloud technologies, capabilities, security standards, and deployment models
- Maintain and refresh all RMF and A&A documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance, including necessary updates in eMASS
- Conduct continuous system monitoring to ensure security compliance
- Perform DISA STIG validations in coordination with RMF/A&A reviews
