Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Two of the following certifications: CISM, CISSO, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISA, CASP
- Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering, with a minimum of 18 years relevant experience (or an additional 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Over 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity teams in a similar context, with advanced skills in cybersecurity engineering and security architecture development
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing corrective actions, bug fixes, patches, or other remediation tasks
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and actioning POA&M, with proficiency in advanced threat modeling and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with providing executive-level technical briefings and presentations to senior personnel within an IC/DoD organization
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and refinement of comprehensive cybersecurity measures suited to specific operational needs
- Architect and implement advanced security solutions to protect the MARS environment from sophisticated cyber threats
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration tests to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities
- Formulate and enforce strict security policies, protocols, and best practices aligning with DoD and DIA standards
- Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to integrate security at every phase of the system lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Offer expert guidance and innovative solutions to ensure MARS cyber resilience, safeguarding sensitive data, and maintaining operational integrity against evolving cyber threats
