Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in engineering, computer science, or information science with a minimum of 10 years of NRO experience.
- Masters Degree in engineering, computer science, or information science with at least 5 years of NRO experience.
- Familiarity with the acquisition processes of NRO systems.
- Knowledge of the design, specification, development, manufacturing, and testing of space communication, network, and crypto systems.
- Proficiency with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant information security policies and standards.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating effectiveness in a government/contractor collaborative environment.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- Willingness to travel approximately one week each month.
Responsibilities
- Assist the System Program Office (SPO) in planning, executing, monitoring, and overseeing the acquisition of communication, network, and crypto systems.
- Support the Government in formulating communication and network strategies for the deployment of overhead systems.
- Provide assistance to the Government for maintaining compliance with IC and DoD programmatic information security policies and standards.
- Produce documentation and briefings to convey work or study progress, and communicate with Government and industry stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborate with Contract Officer Technical Representatives (COTRs) and Developers, coordinating with subject matter experts and program participants to create, amend, and manage contract paperwork.
- Evaluate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions to ensure they meet content, accuracy, and sufficiency criteria to fulfill program objectives.
- Engage in program reviews and technical discussions between developers and COTR personnel.
