Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and at least nine (9) years of experience; or
- Masters degree and seven (7) years of experience; or
- PhD or JD with four (4) years of experience. Relevant experience may substitute for degree.
- Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Extensive experience with Multi-Cloud solutions and architecture design.
- Solid understanding of enterprise computing, operating systems, and cloud platforms, including Linux, Windows, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Node.js, PHP, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with cloud security practices to safeguard data against unauthorized access and threats.
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management frameworks.
- Expertise in documenting user requirements, stories, and use cases.
- Experience in integrating and automating IT systems, including legacy systems.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills for collaborative cloud architecture initiatives.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
- Experience supporting Command, Control, and Execution (C2E) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and strategize multi-cloud architecture solutions aligned with enterprise goals and mission objectives.
- Manage the provisioning of cloud infrastructure, ensuring environments are configured for high availability.
- Collaborate on designs for cloud security and compliance, meeting relevant regulations and standards.
- Evaluate and enhance technical and business processes for improved cloud adoption performance.
- Direct cloud architecture implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
- Develop strategies for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing performance across cloud systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of NROs requirements management to ensure cloud solutions fulfill enterprise, system, functional, and performance criteria.
- Provide technical guidance and acquisition support to the Program Office for mission-critical systems.
- Act as the representative for the government in developer-led release planning, sprint reviews, and Agile ceremonies to ensure stakeholder priorities are respected.
- Actively engage with Agile development teams to assess progress, identify risks, and confirm alignment with mission goals.
