Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience; or Masters degree with three (3) years of experience; or a PhD with no prior experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Over three (3) years of experience in government program management, contracting, or acquisition
- Prior experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Familiarity with alternative acquisition vehicles, such as IDIQ, BAA, OT, CSO, etc., is advantageous
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication capabilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with government technical and contracts personnel to develop acquisition strategies and documentation that promote program development and execution
- Support the planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and management of prototype acquisitions, including Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Task Orders (TOs) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs)
- Create essential acquisition documents, including statements of work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL)
- Assist the government customer in tracking and managing financial program execution and planning
- Facilitate the transition of prototype software to baseline operations and maintenance (O&M) support in coordination with other Program Offices
- Provide advisory support during technical and cost evaluations of proposals
- Collaborate with technical staff to document programmatic and technical requirements
- Engage with development teams to monitor technical progress, identify obstacles, and evaluate solutions
- Contribute to SAFe Agile program development processes and initiatives
