Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline with at least nine (9) years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with seven (7) years of experience, or a PhD/JD with four (4) years of experience
- Experience in artificial intelligence/machine learning
- Background in acquisition support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for writing reports, engaging in group discussions, and delivering presentations
- Desired: Knowledge or experience in systems engineering and integration related to spacecraft and ground systems
- Desired: Familiarity with R&D in artificial intelligence/machine learning agents
- Desired: Experience in system acquisition, design, development, integration, testing, and/or flight operations
- Desired: Understanding of small satellite systems and AI/ML technologies for space applications
- Desired: Experience in system modeling, simulation, and performance analysis
- Desired: Knowledge of intelligence community missions, organizations, and processes
Responsibilities
- Evaluate advanced AI/ML concepts, technologies, systems, and architectures for integration into space and ground infrastructure
- Support Agile SAFe program development processes and associated activities
- Collaborate with USG Program Office in conducting analysis of alternatives to enhance technical, cost, and schedule efficiency
- Provide technical and programmatic assistance throughout the entire project life cycle, including concept development, system design, acquisition planning, selection, and deployment
- Partner with government technical and contract personnel to develop program acquisition documentation
- Compose briefings and reports to assess technical and programmatic aspects, presenting findings and recommendations
- Offer advisory services during technical and cost evaluations of proposals
