Senior IT Project Manager - Agile/Scrum

- Strategize, implement, and sustain program initiatives aligned with organizational goals - Create program assessment standards for evaluation and enhancement - Ensure adherence to organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance - Supervise multiple project teams to ensure program objectives are achieved - Manage budget and funding sources to maximize efficiency - Prepare and present progress reports, project proposals, and documentation to various stakeholders, including project teams and executive leadership - Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to develop scopes, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives - Coordinate and delegate tasks across project initiatives for optimal return on investment - Identify essential requirements needed from teams and external vendors - Analyze program risks and produce management reports for stakeholders - Define the Statement of Work and specifications for required services - Lead feasibility studies and vendor evaluations to inform appropriate stakeholders - Monitor and address project issues and risks to mitigate impacts on project baselines
