Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline focused on gas systems
- Valid drivers license with no restrictions
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications and professional journals
- Capability to create reports and professional correspondence
- Skill in effectively communicating information and addressing inquiries from groups including managers and executives
- In-depth knowledge of gas properties, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics
- Proficiency in CAD software for system design and documentation
- Extensive experience in industrial gas system design, installation, and maintenance
- Familiarity with pertinent safety regulations and codes concerning industrial gases
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex gas delivery systems in industrial environments
- Ensure safe and efficient distribution of various industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, and propane
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and industry standards during work processes
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for gas system challenges
- Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation related to gas systems
- Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide technical support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance skills
