Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Environmental Test Chambers
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations associated with environmental testing
- Experience in chamber design and layout considerations
- Previous roles in customer-facing or technical support capacities
- Strong technical proficiency with the capability to comprehend and convey intricate technical concepts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and competence in troubleshooting technical challenges
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify their testing needs and advise on chamber specifications and configurations, recommending suitable solutions
- Assist in executing product demonstrations, trials, and tests to highlight the capabilities and features of our environmental test chambers
- Create technical documentation, such as application notes, manuals, and guides to support customers with setup, operation, and maintenance of the test chambers
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements
- Prepare, adjust, and present quotations to customers
- Address customer inquiries about quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales
- Manage projects comprehensively, acting as the main point of contact from initial customer engagement to final inspection, including managing sales orders, purchase orders, approval drawings, and supervising job progress through the manufacturing process
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager and the President
