WMS application analyst

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-level application support for WMS-related challenges across the aforementioned systems - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and system errors promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration modifications - Assist in system configurations, user access management, and basic workflow customizations - Participate in testing activities for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and verifying functionality - Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the WMS - Monitor and evaluate WMS performance and support proactive system health assessments - Back project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process enhancements - Escalate complex challenges to senior analysts or vendors while adhering to change control processes and documentation standards - Use sound discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning and development opportunities such as training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues promptly - Exhibit behaviors aligned with Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - May require occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses, and on-call or after-hours support during critical periods - Perform additional duties as assigned
