WMS Application Analyst - Winchester

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing specifically on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for updates and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration and user access management - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, operating procedures, and training materials - Work with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to upgrades or process improvements - Escalate complex issues as needed, following documentation standards - Use discretion in daily decision-making while ensuring confidentiality - Actively engage in learning initiatives to enhance skills and stay current - Provide professional support to colleagues and users, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly - Exemplify Rural Kings Values of People First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement - Travel to distribution centers or warehouses as required and participate in on-call support during critical periods
