WMS Application Analyst - Williamsport

- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across respective platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration adjustments - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as necessary - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external users promptly and effectively - Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - May require occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and participate in on-call rotations during critical periods
