WMS Application Analyst - Wilkesville

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application assistance for WMS-related queries across HighJump/Körber/Infios systems - Analyze, troubleshoot, and promptly resolve reported user issues and system errors - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration adjustments - Assist in configuring systems, managing user access, and basic workflow customizations - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating features - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the seamless operation of WMS - Monitor and evaluate WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes and documentation protocols - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives, such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to stay current with industry developments - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively - Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - This role may include occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and require on-call support during critical periods - Perform other assigned duties as needed
