WMS Application Analyst - Wheelersburg

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application assistance for WMS-related issues across the specified platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration adjustments - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing procedures for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal day-to-day WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance; support proactive system health checks - Contribute to project initiatives related to system upgrades, new features, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors according to change management protocols - Apply discretion and independent judgement in daily tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality - Engage in learning opportunities such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external parties - Exhibit behaviors that reflect Rural Kings values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Travel occasionally to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Be available for on-call rotation or after-hours support during crucial periods (e.g., system go-lives or peak seasons)
