WMS Application Analyst - West Union

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with emphasis on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related incidents across all platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve user-reported issues and system errors - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing activities for new WMS releases, writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient daily WMS operations - Monitor and assess WMS performance, executing proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives concerning system upgrades, new features, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as per change control processes - Exercise discretion and independent judgment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders - Exemplify Rural Kings values of People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Travel occasionally to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotations or offer after-hours support during critical times - Complete additional duties as assigned
