WMS Application Analyst - Washington Court House

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across specified platforms - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating functionalities - Create and maintain user documentation, operating procedures, and training materials - Work alongside warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as necessary - Engage in learning initiatives through trainings, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly and efficient support for both internal and external inquiries - Exhibit Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be required occasionally - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical times - Perform additional duties as needed
