WMS Application Analyst - Wakefield

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide first-line application assistance for WMS-related issues - Analyze, troubleshoot, and promptly resolve user-reported incidents and system errors - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document minor enhancement requirements - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow adjustments - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless day-to-day WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance, conducting proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives pertaining to system upgrades or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors in line with change control processes - Utilize discretion in daily decision-making while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in training initiatives, workshops, and webinars for continuous skill enhancement - Provide friendly, professional support to internal and external queries and concerns - Exhibit behaviors that reflect Rural King’s core values: People First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement - Travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be required on occasion - Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support during peak periods - Perform additional tasks as assigned
