Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or administering Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Knowledge of configuring and customizing HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse setting
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Familiarity with systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices) is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data queries or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues
- Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes
- Assist in system configuration and user access management
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while adhering to change control processes
- Actively engage in educational initiatives to stay updated on industry developments
- Provide friendly, proactive support to internal and external stakeholders
- Exemplify Rural Kings values including teamwork and continuous improvement
- Potentially travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods
- Perform additional duties as assigned
