WMS Application Analyst - Tarlton

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line support for WMS-related issues across designated platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, writing test scripts, and validating functionality - Maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as needed - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while ensuring professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives through training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders - Display behaviors that align with Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - May require occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and on-call support during critical periods
