Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios.
- Experience in configuring and customizing HighJump/Körber workflows or screens.
- Background in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools.
- Familiarity with systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices) is advantageous.
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data queries or reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms.
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and address user-reported incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for system enhancements.
- Assist in system configuration and user access management.
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases and validate functionality.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks.
- Support project initiatives for system upgrades and process improvements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide proactive and professional support to internal and external parties.
- Demonstrate Rural Kings core values in all aspects of the role.
