WMS Application Analyst - Stockdale

- Provide first-line support for WMS-related concerns across HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system issues efficiently - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configurations - Assist with user access management and workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, and enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless daily WMS operations - Monitor and assess WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors accordingly - Engage in learning opportunities such as training programs and webinars - Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders promptly - Exhibit behaviors that align with our core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Potential for occasional travel to distribution sites or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support during critical operational phases - Perform additional tasks as assigned
