WMS Application Analyst - South Webster

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), concentrating on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms. - Serve as the initial point of contact for WMS-related issues and deliver user assistance across the platforms mentioned. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reported incidents and system errors promptly and efficiently. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configurations. - Assist in configuring systems, managing user access, and customizing basic workflows. - Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionalities. - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources. - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless WMS operations on a daily basis. - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks. - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades or process improvements. - Escalate complex concerns to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes and documentation guidelines. - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. - Actively engage in training initiatives including workshops and webinars to acquire new skills and knowledge in the field. - Provide courteous and effective internal and external support to address inquiries and issues promptly.
