WMS Application Analyst - South Salem

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide first-line support for WMS-related issues across the specified platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and promptly resolve user-reported incidents and system errors - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for minor enhancements and configuration modifications - Assist in system setup, manage user access, and help with basic workflow customizations - Participate in testing new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating features - Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations of WMS - Monitor and analyze the performance of WMS, conducting proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives associated with system upgrades, new features, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily responsibilities while upholding confidentiality - Engage in learning initiatives, such as training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrate behaviors that align with Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Participate in occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and be available for on-call support during critical phases (e.g., system launches or peak periods) - Perform other assigned duties as needed
