WMS Application Analyst - Sinking Spring

- Provide frontline application support for WMS issues on HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for enhancements and changes - Assist with system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow adjustments - Participate in testing new WMS updates, patches, and enhancements, including drafting test scripts - Create and update user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure effective WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health assessments - Support project initiatives for system upgrades, functionalities, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors following proper documentation standards - Exercise discretion in daily decision-making while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in professional development initiatives, such as training programs and webinars - Provide amiable and efficient support to internal and external inquiries and concerns - Exemplify Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation during critical periods, such as system go-lives or peak seasons
