WMS Application Analyst - Seaman

- Enhance and support our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms. - Provide first-line support for issues related to WMS applications across the various platforms. - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configurations. - Assist with system configurations, user access management, and basic workflow adjustments. - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including creating test scripts and validating functionalities. - Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training content. - Work alongside warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless WMS operations. - Monitor and assess WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks. - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process enhancements. - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes. - Make independent decisions with discretion while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. - Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. - Provide proactive support to colleagues and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and issues effectively. - Uphold Rural Kings core values of People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement. - Be available for occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as needed. - Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
