Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience with WMS platforms, especially HighJump, Körber, or Infios.
- Understanding of configuration and customization processes in HighJump/Körber workflows.
- Experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools.
- Familiarity with system integration, including ERP and TMS.
- Basic SQL knowledge and proficiency in data queries or reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds intermittently and to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios.
- Provide first-line application support for WMS issues across the platforms.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements.
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow tweaks.
- Participate in testing efforts for new WMS releases and validate their functionality.
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for effective day-to-day operations.
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks.
- Engage in project initiatives related to upgrades, new features, or process enhancements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while adhering to change control processes.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions.
- Participate in learning initiatives to refine skills and stay updated on developments.
- Provide friendly and professional support by assisting with inquiries promptly and effectively.
