Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or administering WMS platforms, especially HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Experience with configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Familiarity with distribution center or retail warehouse environments
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Preferred knowledge of systems integration (e.g. ERP, TMS, RF devices)
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data queries or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
- Capability to lift 15 pounds occasionally
- Reasonable accommodations can be arranged for individuals with disabilities
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios
- Provide first-line application support for WMS issues across platforms
- Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and workflow customization
- Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements regarding functionality
- Create and maintain user documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks
- Support project initiatives for system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors following documentation standards
- Exercise discretion in daily decision-making while maintaining confidentiality
- Participate in training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly and proactive support to internal and external customers

- May require occasional travel and after-hours support during critical periods
