WMS Application Analyst - Ray

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application assistance for WMS-related issues across the mentioned platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and promptly resolve user-reported incidents and system errors - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and record requirements for minor enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, manage user access, and perform basic workflow customizations - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient day-to-day WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance, supporting proactive system health checks - Assist in project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionality, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while following change control processes - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality - Actively engage in learning initiatives through training programs and workshops - Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external inquiries - Exemplify Rural King’s core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional travel and on-call support during critical periods
