WMS Application Analyst - Rarden

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless day-to-day WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance while conducting proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes and documentation standards - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to stay updated on industry developments - Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to both internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently - Demonstrate behaviors that reflect Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods, such as system go-lives or peak seasons - Perform additional duties as directed
